The Ceremony
Eco Club at Maxfort has been working actively since many years. In the month of August , the club is felicitated with a name “Green
Ambassadors” and few members were selected after observing them for a month.
Among these members position of president, manager and secretary were assigned
to the students. Assignment of various roles to the members along with Eco club
badges really increased their enthusiasm to take up the role sincerely. The
club is aiming to eradicate environmental problems and utilize resources in a
way to save our mother “Earth”.
About us
The technological advancements in the field of science might have saved our time and made our work easier. However, these advancements have created the burden on our mother “Earth” by creating many environmental problems. To share this burden and to save our future, the Eco Club at Maxfort functions as a team for encouraging the students for being better citizens by taking care of their surroundings.
Objectives:
- Sensitize students about environmental issues
- Spread awareness about clean and green surroundings
- Create an environment friendly atmosphere in the school
- Encourage the students to save and utilize resources in a purposeful way
- Mobilize student’s participation for preservation and conservation of environment
